Job Responsibilities:
1、Fully oversee the financial work of the company, ensure the standardized and scientific operation of financial work, and meet the financial requirements of the proposed listed company;
2、Organize financial management, cost management, budget management, accounting, accounting supervision, audit supervision, inventory control and other aspects of the company's work;
3、Establish and improve the company's financial system, accounting and financial management rules and regulations;
4、Timely grasp relevant national financial laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies, keep abreast of the company's development status and needs, propose beneficial suggestions for the company's operation, and maximize the benefits of capital operation;
5、Participate in the formulation of investment plans and decision-making recommendations for important business activities of the company, participate in the research and review of major economic contracts or agreements, and participate in the analysis and decision-making of important economic issues;
6、Responsible for strengthening public relations and outreach with investment units, banks, industry and commerce, taxation and other relevant departments;
7、Participate in the formulation of the company's annual and quarterly budget adjustments, summarize and review the monthly budgets submitted by various departments, organize and preside over the company's monthly funding budget meetings;
8、Master the financial status, operating results, and changes in funds of the company, and report to the chairman and general manager in a timely manner;
9、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Job requirements:
1、Male, certified public accountant, bachelor's degree or above;
2、Accounting, finance, economics, and other related majors;
3、More than 10 years of industrial accounting experience in technology-based entity enterprises;
4、Having rich experience in financial management and capital operation, proficient in enterprise financial systems and processes;
5、Strong cost management, risk management, and financial analysis skills;
6、Proficient in using ERP software and other related financial software;
7、Experience in listed companies, high-tech enterprises, and provincial-level scientific research projects;
8、Physically healthy, with good conduct, loyal to duty, proactive, possessing excellent organizational, coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
